Reserving a Classroom

The Digital Archives will be performing system maintenance on Wednesday, November 20th beginning at 5:00 PM PST and ending at 8:00 PM PST. During this time our ecommerce system will be unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Classrooms

The Digital Archives has two classrooms that are available for use by Washington State government agencies at no charge. Non-profit communities and commercial companies are charged a nominal fee. Each classroom is configured to easily hold 36 people with tables or 56 people in an open seating, lecture format. Each classroom is configured with an overhead LCD projector, computer interface, sound, VCR and DVD capabilities, and in-floor power and internet connectivity for 36 computers. (Computers are not provided)

Multimedia Conference Room

The multimedia conference room holds 48 people with tables or 66 open seating, lecture format. This room is configured with an overhead LCD projector, Large screen, computer interface, sound, VCR and DVD capabilities, and in floor power and internet connectivity for up to 48 computers. (Computers are not provided).

Reserving a classroom or Multimedia conference room

Complete and return the Room Rental/Use Application and read and sign the Rental/Use Agreement. You may return the forms via email to: ebbzerfreingvba@qvtvgnynepuvirf.jn.tbi

Be sure to include:

  • The number of attendees requiring parking accommodations.
  • Any presenter requirements for wireless internet access.
  • Any special accommodations that are needed.
